Supplemental Work – Hand Stand Negatives + Press Up Attempts

Normal hand stand push ups (hspu’s) are no longer a weakness.  The full ROM negatives are becoming much easier, so of course, it’s time to make it more difficult.  Have since doubled the volume to 2 sets of 5 reps with 10s descents and added three press up attempts from the base of the handstand.

Getting stuck ~3 inches out of the hole, let’s see what another week of training brings…
